You retain ownership of any recipes, text, or images you submit to FreshList. By posting content publicly, you grant other users the right to view and save that content within the platform. You must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

You are responsible for ensuring that any recipes or content you publish comply with applicable copyright laws. Importing a recipe from a website does not transfer copyright ownership to you.

FreshList uses AI to help import and structure recipe data. AI-generated content may contain errors. You should review all AI-extracted recipes for accuracy before relying on them. We are not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate AI-extracted information.

You agree not to use FreshList to:

• Post spam, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' private data
• Abuse or overload the AI import features
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in behaviour that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform.

FreshList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform, including AI-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreshList and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FreshList after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes where possible.
